Peloton! SoulClycle! And now Fitspin is a favorite! Every three weeks I come to Cancun, I have to come to #fitspin. The class with Luis Ca is the best! Perfect warm-up and movements, and it motivates you throughout the class! Your body has the privilege of moving! Not everyone has the ability to. WOW! Good job!!!!
